摘 要:随着经济全球化和全球人才流动的加剧,高校日语教师队伍中的“海归”教师比例逐年增加,但他们回国后的科研发展状况却较少被外界所知。本文对7位处在职业初期的海归日语教师进行深度访谈,采用KJ法对数据进行了整理,最终析出8个相关概念,并通过将各个概念之间的逻辑关系进行可视化,详细展现了海归日语教师职业发展初期的科研发展过程。基于分析结果,本文聚焦“寻求变化”这一关键概念,讨论了求变给海归日语教师带来的优势、挑战以及支撑他们求变的学术网络的一些特点。最后,文章指出,海归教师在发挥跨国社会资本优势,促进个人与学科的共同发展的同时,也应有意识地培养开展科研活动所需的多种能力。Amidst the accelerating trends of economic globalization and global talent flow,the proportion of“returnee”teachers in the Japanese language teaching force in universities has been progressively rising annually.However,their research development status after returning to China is less known to the broader academic community.In this paper,we conducted in-depth interviews with seven returnee Japanese teachers at the early stage of their career development.Utilizing the KJ method to organize the collected data,we subsequently analyzed eight related concepts,and visualized the logical relationship between each concept,presenting the research and development process of Japanese language teachers in the early stages of their career development in detail.Based on the results of the analysis,this paper focuses on the key concept of“seeking change”and discusses the advantages and challenges of“seeking change”for returning Japanese teachers,as well as the characteristics of the academic interpersonal network that supports“seeking change”.The article discusses the advantages and challenges of“change”for returning Japanese teachers and the characteristics of academic networks that support“change”.Finally,the paper highlights the importance of returnee teachers leveraging their transnational social capital to promote both personal and disciplinary development,while concurrently nurturing the diverse competencies essential for executing research endeavors.
