摘　　要：案例背景:欺负是中小学生中严重存在的一种现象,但实际上,幼儿期是欺负行为开始出现的时期。所谓欺负就是一个或者一组人对另一个人实施身体或生理上的攻击和侵害,包括殴打、辱骂、游戏破坏等霸道行为。一旦幼儿欺负行为长期存在,必定会影响到其以后社会性、人格、心理等各方面的健康发展。关注幼儿德育教育是每一个幼儿教师的神圣职责,那么如何着眼于孩子一生的幸福,正确引导,细心呵护,让孩子的健康发展呢?下面是我在教学中积累的一些案例。Bullying is a serious phenomenon among primary and secondary school students,but in fact,early childhood is the period when bullying behaviors begin to appear.The so-called bullying is when one or a group of people physically or physiologically attacks and infringes on another person,including beatings,insults,game destruction and other domineering behaviors.Once bullying behavior in young children persists for a long time,it will definitely affect their future social,personality,psychological and other healthy development.Paying attention to the moral education of young children is the sacred duty of every kindergarten teacher.So how can we focus on the happiness of children throughout their lives,guide them correctly,and care for them carefully to ensure their healthy development?Below are some cases I have accumulated in teaching.
