基于现代学徒制的高职专业课程思政建设

摘　　要：为充分发挥专业课程的育人功能,培养德才兼备的电力工程人才,使学生更好地服务于我国经济和社会发展的战略目标,研究基于现代学徒制建设了专业课程思政体系。通过挖掘专业相关思政案例,双向联合校企教师,把课程思政元素融入到校内课堂和企业实习等不同教学情境,同时结合了课程思政过程中学生德、能、勤的综合评价,在思政教学活动中取得了良好的教学效果。这对于高职院校课程思政教学活动开展以及提高育人站位具有切实可行的现实意义和应用价值。In order to fully utilize the educational function of professional courses,cultivate well-rounded power engineering talents with both morality and ability,and enable students to better serve the strategic goals of China’s economic and social development,a professional course ideological and political education system was built based on the modern apprenticeship system.By mining ideological and political cases related to the professional course,jointly combining teachers from schools and enterprises,and integrating ideological and political elements into different teaching scenarios such as on-campus classes and enterprise internships,the system also combined the comprehensive evaluation of students’morality,ability,and diligence in the process of ideological and political education,achieving good teaching effects in ideological and political education activities.This has practical significance and application value for the implementation of ideological and political education in vocational colleges,and for raising the level of education and teaching.
