摘　　要：随着我国“人类命运共同体”“文明交流互鉴”“讲好中国故事”等一系列世界发展和文化交流方案的提出,基于国家外交战略需要,由中国译者担纲的中国文学外译活动不断升温,并受到学界广泛关注。本文认为翻译是一种交际行为,并借用跨文化交际的成果,从伦理规范、翻译原则、译者能力三个方面讨论了中国文学外译中的问题与方法,目的是尝试建构中国文学外译的理论体系,指导翻译实践。Based on a series of Chinese proposals for world development and cultural communication,such as building the community with a shared future for mankind,exchanges between civilizations,and telling China's stories well,Chinese literature translation,which is mainly performed by Chinese translators based on the need of diplomatic strategies,is heating up and receiving extensive attention of scholars from related fields.Holding a viewpoint that translation is an action of communication,this paper discusses the problems and methods of translating Chinese literature in terms of translation ethics,translation principles and translator competence from a perspective of intercultural communication.This paper tries to construct a theoretical system of translating Chinese literature and to guide translation practice.
