摘　　要：海参肽是以海参蛋白为原料,通过不同生产工艺制备得到的一种海参生物活性肽,具有抗氧化、抗疲劳以及神经保护等多种功能活性。本文综述了海参肽的生物学功能特性,以期为海参肽的进一步开发利用提供一定的参考价值。Sea cucumber peptide is a kind of sea cucumber bioactive peptide prepared from sea cucumber protein through different production processes,which has various functional activities,such as antioxidant,antifatigue and neuroprotection.This paper reviews the biological functional characteristics of sea cucumber peptides,in order to provide certain reference value for the further development and utilization of sea cucumber peptide.
