摘　　要：简述了影响克氏原螯虾保活的主要因素为温度、氧气、水质和其体质状况,介绍了目前国内外常用的低温、化学麻醉、增氧、净水等保活运输方法。指出,为满足人们对高品质、大规格克氏原螯虾的需求,未来保活运输应从品质调控技术研究、包装工艺开发、信息化智能化保活运输装备研发和冷链物流体系构建等方面,进一步完善克氏原螯虾保活运输体系。The article outlined the primary factors affecting the survival of the red swamp crayfish(Procambarus clarkii)during transportation,which include temperature,oxygen levels,water quality,and the physical condition of the crayfish.It introduced various methods commonly used both domestically and internationally to ensure their survival during transport,such as low-temperature preservation,chemical anesthesia,oxygenation,and water purification.The article pointed out that to meet the demand for high-quality and large-sized red swamp crayfish,future efforts in survival transportation should focus on improving the system through research on quality control technologies,development of packaging processes,creation of information-based and intelligent transportation equipment,and the establishment of a cold chain logistics system.
