高校师德师风建设为何成为国家行动?

摘　　要：新时代加强高校师德师风建设,不仅是推进教师队伍治理体系和治理能力现代化的必然要求,也是建设高素质教师队伍、落实立德树人根本任务、培育时代新人的迫切需求。深入探讨新时代立德树人赋予师德师风建设的新内涵,剖析师德师风建设面临的新挑战,是推进高校师德师风建设的重要基础和依据。教育家精神作为提升教师教书育人能力的强大精神动力,不仅为教师立身立学施教提供了丰厚滋养,更为师德师风建设提供了坚实的精神引领。要大力弘扬教育家精神,推动高校师德师风建设,需从以下几个方面着力:一是坚持思想铸魂,筑牢立德树人的教育信仰;二是坚持德法并举,凝练教书育人的教育规范;三是坚持教育家精神引领激励,厚植新时代教育情怀;四是健全教育培养体系,构建师德师风建设长效机制。Strengthening the construction of teachers'ethics and conduct in universities in the new era is not only an inevitable requirement for advancing the modernization of the governance system and governance capacity of the teaching profession,but also an urgent necessity for building a high-quality teaching staff,implementing the fundamental task of cultivating virtue in education,and nurturing new talents for the times.Exploring the new connotations that the task of cultivating virtue in education in the new era bestows upon the construction of teachers'ethics and conduct,and analyzing the new challenges faced in this construction,are important foundations and bases for promoting the construction of teachers'ethics and conduct in universities.The spirit of educators is a powerful spiritual driving force for enhancing teachers'ability to educate and nurture students.It can provide rich nourishment for teachers to establish themselves,pursue scholarship,and teach,and offer spiritual guidance for the construction of teachers'ethics and conduct.Vigorously promoting the spirit of educators to drive the construction of teachers'ethics and conduct in universities requires adhering to the following principles:strengthening ideological conviction to consolidate the educational belief of cultivating virtue in education;combining virtue and law to develop norms for educating and nurturing students;using the spirit of educators to inspire and deepen educational sentiment in the new era;and establishing and perfecting an educational training system to build a long-term mechanism for the construction of teachers'ethics and conduct.
