摘　　要：为了实现土木类课程“以生为本”“混合式”及“差异化”的有效结合,促进土木工程专业达成适应现代化发展需要的“三全育人”以及“五育并举”培养目标,回答好“培养什么人”“怎样培养人”“为谁培养人”这3个教育核心问题。以河北建筑工程学院土木工程专业为例,浅析了教学设计与教学组织两大环节的实施路径,通过教学计划的弹性编排以及教学过程的动态调整,实现“以生为本”“混而不杂”“因材施教”理念落地成效,供从事土木类课程混合式差异化教学的教师借鉴。In order to achieve the effective combination of“student-centered”,“blended”and“differentiated”for civil engineering courses,and promote the“three-wide education”and“five education simultaneously”train objective that meet the needs of modern development,and solve the essential educational question of“What kind of students to be educated”,“how to educate students”,“for whom to educate students”,this article takes the civil engineering of Hebei University of Architecture as an example to analyze the method of teaching design and teaching organization,which achieves the effect of“student-centered”,“blended and ordered”,“teaching students in accordance with their aptitude”through flexible teaching plan and dynamic teaching process,which can be learned for blended and differentiated teaching for civil engineering courses.
