摘 要:党的二十大报告首次把教育、科技、人才工作作为“三位一体”统筹考虑,并明确提出“推进教育数字化,建设全民终身学习的学习型社会、学习型大国”,这为职业教育国际化发展提供了新思路与新机遇。高职院校境外办学过程中,常面临环境限制、教学资源匮乏及师资短缺等挑战。针对这些问题,文章从以下三个方面探讨了教育数字化赋能高职院校境外办学的路径:一是搭建数字化跨界融合平台,促进教育与产业深度融合;二是运用数字技术提升跨境教学资源效能,优化资源配置;三是提高教师的数字化教学能力,推动教学模式创新。通过以上路径,有望加速教育界与产业界的开放合作,为高职院校实施“走出去”战略奠定坚实基础。The report of the 20th CPC National Congress proposes for the first time to coordinate education,science and technology,and talent work as a trinity plan,and“promote digitization of education,build a society and country of learning where lifelong learning is pursued by all”,which provides opportunities for the internationalization of vocational education.Overseas vocational college often face challenges such as environmental restrictions,lack of teaching resources and shortage of teaching staff.In response to these issues,the article explores the path of empowering overseas vocational colleges through digitization from the following three aspects:firstly,building a cross-border digital platform to promote the in-depth integration of education and industry;Secondly,utilizing digital technology to enhance the efficiency of cross-border teaching resources and optimize resource allocation;Thirdly,enhancing teachers'digital teaching abilities and promote new teaching models.Through the above path,it is expected to accelerate the cooperation between the education and industry sectors,laying a solid foundation for implementing the“going global”strategy.
