摘  要:基于人机协同的教学是教育创新变革的必然趋势,也是教育数字化转型的必然途径。从人机协同的视角出发,构建以人为本、智能辅助的“师—机—生”三元结构模型;基于思维、伦理、技能、专业和系统五维度,理解、应用和创新三水平,逐步确立教师在智能技术领域的社会责任示范者、伦理规范制定者、协同共创设计者、教学模式革新者、学习生态引领者的多重角色定位。同时,提出数智时代教师能力提升的实践路径:树立人机协同的终身学习观念,加强人机协同的伦理道德规范,增强人机协同的基础理论知识,提高人机协同的教学专业技能,打造人机协同的智能学习新生态。Teaching based on human-machine collaboration is an inevitable trend in education innovation and an essential pathway for digital transformation.From the perspective of human-machine collaboration,this study constructs a triangle model among teacher,computer and student,with the core idea of people-centered and intelligent assistance.The model has been divided into five dimensions:thinking,ethics,skills,expertise,and system,and three levels:understanding,application and innovation.It also gives teachers various roles in the context of intelligent technologies,including exemplars of social responsibility,formulators of ethical norms,designers of co-creation,innovators of teaching models,and leaders of learning ecosystem.To enhance teachers′ competencies in the era of digital intelligence,this study proposes fostering a lifelong learning mindset,reinforcing ethical standards,strengthening theoretical foundations,enhancing relevant professional skills,and cultivating an intelligent learning ecosystems through human-machine collaboration.
