摘 要:目的探讨“双导师制”在临床医学专业本科教学中的实施路径及存在的问题。方法通过问卷调查、文献分析、个别访谈等方法,对“双导师制”在临床医学专业本科教学中的实施情况进行深入研究,分析存在的问题。结果学生认可并接受“双导师制”,但对其认识不足;学生对双导师的满意度不同,对成长导师满意度更高;师生交流机会较少是“双导师制”实施过程中存在的主要问题。结论实行“双导师制”对提高临床医学生的专业技能有积极影响,要从更详尽地阐述和落实实施计划、细化双导师的工作职责、完善激励与评价机制、建立双向选拔机制及导师退出机制等方面对“双导师制”进行改进。Objective To explore the implementation path and existing problems of the"dual mentor system"in undergraduate teaching of clinical medicine.Methods Through methods such as questionnaire survey,literature analysis,and individual interviews,this study conducted in-depth research on the implementation of the"dual mentor system"in undergraduate teaching of clinical medicine,and analyzed the existing problems.Results Students acknowledge and accept the"dual mentor system",but have insufficient understanding of this.Students have different levels of satisfaction with dual mentors,with a higher level of satisfaction with growth mentors.The main problem in the implementation of the"dual mentor system"is the lack of opportunities for teacher-student communication.Conclusion The implementation of the"dual mentor system"has a positive impact on improving the professional skills of clinical medical students.It is necessary to improve the"dual mentor system"by elaborating and implementing the implementation plan in more details,refining the job responsibilities of the dual mentors,improving the incentive and evaluation mechanism,establishing a two-way selection mechanism,and a mentor exit mechanism.
