摘 要:目的探讨微格教学法对实习护生自主学习能力及核心能力的影响。方法采用数字随机法将湖北省某三甲医院128名实习护生分为传统教学组(n=64)和微格教学组(n=64)。比较两组实习护生自主学习能力评价量表、核心能力量表(GINS)及自我效能感量表(GSES)得分差异。结果干预两个月后,微格教学组的实习护生自主学习能力评价量表和GINS量表总分显著高于传统教学组(P<0.05),GSES评分差异有统计学意义。结论微格教学法可显著提高实习护生的自主学习能力和核心能力。Objective To explore the effects of microteaching method on nursing interns′self-taught ability and core competence.Methods 128 nursing interns in a Grade-A hospital in Hubei Province were divided into a traditional teaching group(n=64)and a microteaching group(n=64)by digital randomization.The scores of Evaluation Scale of Nursing Interns′Self-taught Ability,GINS and GSES were compared between the two groups.Results Two months after the intervention,the total scores of the Evaluation Scale of Nursing Intern′Self-taught Ability and GINS in the microgram teaching group were significantly higher than those in the traditional teaching group(P<0.05),and the differences in GSES scores were statistically significant.Conclusion The microteaching method can significantly improve nursing interns self-taught ability and core competence.
