摘 要:目的探究基于O-AMAS有效教学模型的混合式教学在实习护生临床带教中的应用效果。方法2023年10月至2024年5月在昆明医科大学第一附属医院心脏内科实习的86名本科护生为研究对象,将不同批次实习护生采用随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,对照组采用传统教学,试验组实行基于O-AMAS有效教学模型的混合式教学。分别对两组护生成绩、评判性思维能力量表得分及护理专业学生自主学习能力测评量表得分进行对比分析。结果教学实施后,试验组护生成绩、评判性思维能力、自主学习能力水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于O-AMAS有效教学模型的混合式教学,可有效提升护生成绩,培养其评判性思维能力及自主学习能力,优化临床教学效果。Objective To explore the effect of mixed teaching based on the O-AMAS effective teaching model in the clinical teaching of nursing interns.Methods 86 nursing undergraduates interned in the Cardiology Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University from October 2023 to May 2024 were studied,and the different batches of interns were divided into control group and experimental group with randomized numerical table method,the control group was taught by traditional teaching,and the experimental group was taught by mixed teaching based on the effective teaching model of O-AMAS.The results of the two groups were compared and analyzed,as well as the scores of the Critical Thinking Ability Scale and the Self-taught Ability Scale for Nursing Students.Results After the the teaching,the nursing students′grades in experimental group,critical thinking ability and self-taught ability were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Mixed teaching based on the O-AMAS effective teaching mo-del can effectively improve nursing students′performance,develop their critical thinking ability and self-taught ability,and optimize the clinical teaching effect.
