摘  要:为促进高校瑜伽课程的高质量发展,该文基于文献研究与逻辑分析等方法,明晰高校瑜伽课程在课程设置、教学资源、教学内容以及学生参与等方面的发展现状,并探索高校瑜伽课程发展的现实困境,从而进一步提出具体策略:强化专业培训,提升师资素养;优化课程设置,丰富课程内涵;改善场地条件,增添专业设备;营造瑜伽氛围,推广瑜伽文化。In order to promote the high-quality development of yoga courses in colleges and universities,based on the methods of literature research and logical analysis,this paper aims to clarify the development status of yoga courses in colleges and universities in terms of curriculum setting,teaching resources,teaching content and student participation,and explore the realistic dilemma of the development of yoga courses in colleges and universities,so as to further propose strengthening professional training and improving teachers'quality.Optimize the curriculum,enrich the curriculum connotation;Improve site conditions and add professional equipment;Creating yoga atmosphere,promoting yoga culture and other specific strategies for the development of college yoga courses.
