摘 要:推进小班化教学的核心理念在于提高生均教育资源占用的数量和质量,这是教育现代化进程的重要内在规律所在。基础教育阶段推进小班化教学是教育事业普及后提升教育质量、教育对象迭代演进后促进个性化发展、促进人口高质量发展的必然选择。近年来,我国在基础教育阶段推进小班化教学虽然取得一定进展,但仍存在顶层设计不明确、学校班额过大、资源投入压力大等关键挑战。加快推进基础教育阶段小班化教学,需要倡导和推进科学的教育理念,加强顶层规划设计;完善教师编制标准,依据班师比配置教师;加强教师专业培训,构建差异化多样化课堂教学样态;加强实验实证研究,健全经费保障机制等。The core concept of promoting small-class teaching is enhancing the quantity and quality of educational resources per student,which is a key fundamental principle in the process of educational modernization.Promoting small-class teaching in basic education is an inevitable choice for improving the quality of education after the universalization of shooling,promoting personalized development after the evolving demands of educational objectives,promoting high-quality population development.In recent years,although China has made some progress in promoting small-class teaching in basic education,there are still key challenges such as unclear top-level policy design,persistently large class sizes in schools,and inadequate resource investment.To accelerate the promotion of small-class teaching in basic education,it is necessary to promote scientific educational concepts,strengthen top-level planning and design,refine the teacher staffing standards based on class-teacher ratios,strengthen teacher professional training and cultivate diverse and differentiated teaching practices,enhance experimental research,and establish funding guarantee mechanisms,etc.
