摘 要:目的:探索整合图尔敏论证模式的CBCL教学法作为教学策略,对护生护理技能综合实训学习效能和批判性思维的影响。方法:选取我院2022级92名全日制护理专业学生,随机分为对照组和实验组。对照组采用传统的CBCL教学法,而实验组则采用整合图尔敏论证模式的CBCL教学法。通过收集一般资料、实训考核成绩、教学评价以及临床推理与反思量表的数据,对教学效果进行综合评估。结果:与对照组相比,实验组学生在实训考核成绩和教学评价方面均表现更佳,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);同时,实验组学生的批判性思维能力评分显著高于对照组,差异达到显著统计学水平(P<0.01)。结论:在护理技能综合实训教学中整合图尔敏论证模式的CBCL教学法,相较于传统方法,能够显著提升教学效果和学生的批判性思维能力。Objective:This study investigates the impact of integrating the Toulmin Model of Argumentation with Case-Based Collaborative Learning(CBCL)on the learning efficiency and critical thinking skills of nursing students during comprehensive nursing skills training.Methods:A total of 92 full-time nursing students from the 2022 cohort were enrolled and divided into two distinct groups:the control group and the experimental group,based on their class assignments.The control group adopted the traditional CBCL teaching method,while the experimental group adopted a CBCL teaching method integrating the Toulmin Model of Argumentation.The effectiveness of the teaching methods was evaluated using data collected on general information,training examination results,teaching evaluations,and clinical reasoning and reflection scales.Results:Students in the experimental group achieved significantly higher scores in practical examinations and teaching evaluations than those in the control group(P<0.05).In addition,the experimental group exhibited significantly higher critical thinking scores compared to the control group(P<0.01).Conclusions:Integrating the Toulmin Model of Argumentation with the CBCL teaching method into comprehensive practical nursing skills training significantly improves teaching effectiveness and enhances students'critical thinking abilities compared to the traditional CBCL method.
