摘 要:高职院校职称评审制度改革“破唯”的关键在于以多维的结构性视角构建健全、完善、创新的教师评价体系。当前,高职院校职称评审制度改革不同程度存在理念有待革新、思路有待拓展、系统有待完善等问题,制约了“破唯”改革的体系化实施。结合PCA模型和参与式观察法,高职院校职称评审制度深化改革可从配足政策供给、补齐责任缺位、倡导开放评价等路径推进“破唯”,进而实现评审制度导向化、评审主体协同化、评审系统多元化,推动“破唯”改革向纵深发展。The key to“breaking the only criterion”in the reform of professional title evaluation system in vocational colleges lies in constructing a sound,perfect,and innovative teacher evaluation system from a multidimensional structural perspective.At present,there are some problems in the reform of the title evaluation system in higher vocational colleges,such as the concept to be reformed,the idea to be expanded,and the system to be perfected,which restricts the systematic implementation of the reform.Combining PCA model and participatory observation method to deepen the reform of the title evaluation system in higher vocational colleges,we can promote“breaking the only criterion”from three paths of sufficient policy supply,making up for the lack of responsibility,and advocating open evaluation,so as to realize the oriented evaluation system,the coordination of evaluation subjects,and the diversification of evaluation systems,and promote the reform to develop in depth.
