摘  要:劳动教育是培养人全面发展的一种重要途径。从自组织理论视角审视劳动教育组织,具有系统性、非线性与自适应性特征;其演化方式与自组织存在趋同效应,演化实质都具备创新性;劳动教育是一个由诸多子系统彼此联系、相互作用而组成的自组织系统。以耗散结构理论为视角,澄清劳动教育作为自组织系统形成的开放性条件,阐明劳动教育系统发展演化的阈值与平权化特性,进一步呈现劳动教育系统远离平衡态、非线性以及其非稳定与涨落的特性,透视了劳动教育作为自组织系统的基本属性。从协同动力学角度观察,劳动教育自组织系统动力来源于自组织系统内部各要素之间的协同与竞争;系统中的序参量与伺服机制是劳动教育系统运动的基本法则。从自组织理论视角转换对劳动教育发展的认知,明确劳动教育作为自组织系统的逻辑定位。以劳动教育自组织系统理论为指引,将劳动教育视为实施主体内在自发、自觉、自为的发展行为,增强劳动教育发展的内生动力,为推进劳动教育大中小一体化、家校社协同发展奠定理论基础与实践前提。Labor education is an important pathway to fostering the holistic development of individuals.Labor education has the organizational characteristics of systematization,non-linearity and adaptability from the perspective of self-organiza-tion theory.Its evolution mode and self-organization have a convergent effect,and the evolution essence is innovative.Labor education is a self-organization system composed of many subsystems that are connected and interact with each other.From the perspective of dissipative structure theory,clarify the open conditions for the formation of labor education as a self-orga-nization system,expound the threshold and equalization characteristics of the development and evolution of the labor educa-tion system,further present the characteristics of labor education system being far from equilibrium,non-linearity,instability and fluctuation,and reveal the basic attributes of labor education as a self-organization system.From the perspective of syn-ergistic dynamics,the driving force of the labor education self-organization system comes from the synergy and competition among various elements within the self-organization system.The order parameters and servo mechanisms in the system are the basic laws of the movement of the labor education system.Transform the cognition of labor education development from the perspective of self-organization theory and clarify the logical positioning of labor education as a self-organization system.Guided by the theory of labor education self-organization system,labor education is regarded as the intrinsic spontaneous,conscious and self-acting development behavior of the implementation subject,enhancing its endogenous driving force and laying a theoretical foundation and practical prerequisite for promoting the integration of labor education in primary,second-ary and tertiary schools and the collaborative development of families,schools and society.
