非教学因素对公安院校学生评教的影响研究

摘  要:学生评教是高校教学质量保障体系的重要组成,对提升教学质量有重要意义。该文基于北京警察学院的学生评教数据,探讨公安院校非教学因素对学生评教的影响。研究发现,不同教龄教师的学生评教成绩存在显著差异,教龄为1~3年教师的学生评教成绩显著高于其他教龄的教师;教师警衔对学生评教成绩有显著影响,警衔越高的教师得到的评教成绩越高;不同课程类别的学生评教成绩存在显著差异,专业选修课的学生评教成绩显著高于专业必修课,专业必修课的学生评教成绩显著高于公共选修课和通识必修课;课程学分与评教成绩呈正相关。基于上述结果,建议公安院校应该合理使用学生评教成绩,重视教师发展培训,优化完善教师考核制度。Student evaluation of teaching(SET)is an important part of the teaching quality assurance system in universities,and it is of great significance to improve the teaching quality.Based on the data of SET in Beijing Police College,this paper discusses the influence of non-teaching factors on SET in public security colleges.The results show that there are significant differences in SET results between different teaching age.The teaching age of 1~3 years is significantly higher than teachers with other teaching age.The police rank of teachers has a significant effect on SET results.The higher the police rank of teachers is,the higher the SET results are.There are significant differences in the SET results between different course categories.The SET scores in professional elective courses are significantly higher than those in professional compulsory courses,and those in professional compulsory courses are significantly higher than those in public elective courses and general compulsory courses.There is a positive correlation between course credits and SET scores.Based on the above results,it is suggested that public security colleges should rationally use SET results,pay attention to teachers'development and training,and optimize and perfect teachers'evaluation system.
