摘 要:开展非学历教育既是职业院校落实“育训并举”法定职责的主要途径,又是构建技能型社会的重要任务,实施非学历教育意义深远。研究通过对G省职业院校2022年开展非学历教育情况进行调查,对职业院校非学历教育基本情况、办学举措、困难挑战进行调研。研究显示,大多数职业院校能够履行法定职责,积极开展非学历教育,并从体制机制、办学能力、产教融合、服务地方经济等方面不断发展。然而,在举办非学历教育的过程中,职业院校也面临着内生动力不足、体制机制不健全、队伍建设有待加强的问题,这些问题的出现主要与社会环境挑战大、缺少政策依据、内涵式发展不足等原因有关。为促进职业院校开展非学历教育,应该从部门协同、政策指引、品牌建设、学培融合等方面加强对职业院校的指导。Carrying out non-academic education is not only the main approach for vocational colleges to fulfill their legal duty of“education and training in parallel”,but also an important task for building a skill-based society.Implementing non-academic education is of profound significance.Through the research,an investigation was conducted on the situation of non-academic education carried out by vocational colleges in Province G in 2022,and a survey was made on the basic situation of non-academic education,the measures taken for running schools,and the difficulties and challenges faced by vocational colleges.The research shows that most vocational colleges can fulfill their legal duties and actively carry out non-academic education,and continuously develop in terms of institutional mechanisms,school-running capabilities,industry-education integration,and serving local economies.However,in the process of carrying out non-academic education,vocational colleges also face problems such as insufficient internal driving force,incomplete systems and mechanisms,and the need for strengthening team building.The emergence of these problems is mainly related to social environment challenges,lack of policy basis and connotative development.To promote vocational colleges to carry out non-academic education,each province should strengthen guidance for vocational colleges from aspects such as departmental collaboration,policy guidance,brand building,and integration of education and training.
