摘 要:为解决传统TBM隧道长距离有轨运输在行车过程中存在的信息不通畅、调度管理差、资源保障难、安全风险高等技术难题,通过引进环境感知与定位系统,采用长距离隧道内高速无线mesh组网及传输技术,结合UWB基站隧道二维高精度定位,研制TBM隧道智能有轨运输系统。结果表明:1)基于UWB与WiFi无线基站,实现隧道千兆工业环网和高速无线信号全覆盖,覆盖半径不小于500 m。2)定位系统能够实现隧道内列车编组、设备及人员实时UWB精确定位,静态定位精度小于0.3 m。3)通过三维高精度激光雷达障碍物识别系统,实现列车编组运行线路前方障碍物识别和预警,探测距离达到200 m,识别精度达到2 cm。4)每列编组减少调车员1人,TBM施工运输综合效率提升20%以上,每月节约运输成本约60万元。5)基于物联网技术,实现人机实时定位、音像实时传输、道岔自动开闭、障碍自动避让、运输智能规划以及一体化调度指挥,使得列车编组运行信息更加透明化,避免了运输事故发生,大大提高了运输组织效率。The conventional track-bound transportation system used in long-distance TBM tunneling has problems such as poor communication,poor dispatching and management,poor resource supply,and high safety risks.Intelligent track bound transportation system for long-distance TBM tunneling is developed on basis of the technologies for the environment perception and positioning,the technologies for high-speed wireless mesh network establishing and data transmission in long tunnels,and technologies for UWB-base-station-based two-dimensional high-precision positioning in tunnels.Conclusions drawn are as follows:(1)With UWB and WiFi wireless base stations,a gigabit industrial ring network and a high-speed wireless signal coverage with at least 500 m coverage radius are achieved in the tunnel;(2)The positioning sub-system achieves real-time UWB-based precise positioning of the transporting trains,the equipment and the persons in the tunnel,with a static positioning accuracy of less than 0.3 m;(3)The 3D high-precision LiDAR obstacle recognition sub-system is able to identify and provide warning of the obstacles ahead of the transporting trains,with a recognition range of 200 m and a recognition accuracy of 2 cm;(4)One shunting operator is saved for each transporting train,the comprehensive transportation efficiency in TBM tunneling is increased by more than 20%,and the monthly transportation cost is reduced by about CNY 600000;(5)With IoT technology,the intelligent track-bound transportation system achieves real-time positioning of the persons and the equipment,live transmission of the audio and video information,automatic control of the switches/turnout,automatic avoidance of the obstacles,intelligent planning of the transportation and collaboration of dispatching and commanding,which enables that the information on the formation and operation of the transporting trains is available to all persons related,avoids transportation accidents,and significantly improves the transportation efficiency.
