医学院校非学历教育发展现状与对策

摘  要:非学历教育以提升受教育群体专业素养、兴趣爱好、职业技能为出发点,面向群体广泛,学习形式多样,是高校发挥人才培养和社会服务职能的重要途径,是推动全民终身学习和学习型社会建设的重要支撑。医学院校开展非学历教育,使卫生专业技术人员毕业后教育更加具有创新性和精准性;使养老护理员、营养配餐员等技能人员掌握更多医学常识,增强服务能力;使群众通过医学知识普及提升主动健康能力和健康素养。然而由于医学院校对非学历教育重视程度不够、办学定位不清晰、项目针对性不强、与社会需求契合度不足、管理体系不健全等方面原因,使得非学历教育发展缓慢。文章深入分析当前现状和问题成因,从提高重视程度、紧密对接社会发展需求、加强师资队伍配备、强化规范管理、保证教学质量等几个方面,提出非学历教育发展的对策与路径。Non-academic education,with the aim of enhancing the professional literacy,interests,and vocational skills of the educated population,is aimed at a wide range of groups and diverse forms of learning.It is an important way for universities to play the role of talent cultivation and social services,and an important support for promoting lifelong learning and the construction of a learning society for all.Carrying out non academic education in medical colleges can make the education of healthcare professionals more innovative and precise after graduation;to enable skilled personnel such as elderly caregivers and nutrition meal service providers to master more medical knowledge and enhance their service capabilities on the basis of completing training;enable the public to enhance their proactive health abilities and health literacy through the popularization of medical knowledge.However,due to insufficient emphasis,unclear educational positioning,weak project targeting,insufficient fit with social needs,and inadequate management system,the development of non-academic education in local medical colleges is slow.The article deeply analyzes the current situation and causes of problems,and proposes countermeasures and paths for the development of non-academic education from several aspects such as increasing attention,closely aligning with the needs of social development,strengthening the allocation of teaching staff,strengthening standardized management,and ensuring teaching quality.
