摘 要:目的:探究麻醉科临床带教中小组教学模式的应用效果。方法:选择2022年2月―2024年2月的60名麻醉科实习生作为研究对象,将其按照随机分配法分为试验组和对照组,每组30名实习生。对照组采用传统带教方法,试验组采用小组教学模式,对比两组实习生的理论成绩、麻醉操作成绩和带教满意度。结果:试验组的理论成绩和麻醉操作成绩显著高于对照组 P<0.05;试验组的带教满意度为96.67%,显著高于对照组76.67%,P<0.05。结论:将小组教学模式应用于麻醉科临床带教中,能够有效提升实习生的理论成绩、麻醉操作成绩和带教满意度,该模式值得广泛应用。Objective:To explore the application effect of group teaching mode in clinical anesthesia teaching.Method:Sixty anesthesia interns from February 2022 to February 2024 were selected as the research subjects and randomly assigned to an experimental group and a control group,with 30 interns in each group.The control group used traditional teaching methods,while the experimental group used group teaching mode.The theoretical scores,anesthesia operation scores,and teaching satisfaction of the two groups of interns were compared.Result:The theoretical and anesthesia operation scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group<0.05;The satisfaction rate of teaching in the experimental group was 96.67%,significantly higher than that of the control group(76.67%,<0.05).Conclusion:The application of group teaching mode in clinical teaching of anesthesia can effectively improve the theoretical performance,anesthesia operation performance,and teaching satisfaction of interns.This mode is worthy of wide application.
