摘 要:随着社会对特殊教育需求的日益增长,民族高师院校作为培养民族地区教育人才的重要基地,其师范生融合教育素养的培养显得尤为重要。然而,当前民族高师院校在特殊教育师资培养方面仍存在诸多挑战,这直接影响到师范生的融合教育素养和未来的教学质量。因此,本研究旨在探讨民族高师院校师范生融合教育素养的培养策略,以期有效提升民族高师院校师范生的融合教育素养,为特殊教育事业的发展提供有力的人才支撑。With the growing demand for special education in society,ethnic normal universities,as important bases for cultivating educational talents in ethnic minority areas,the cultivation of the inclusive education literacy of their normal students is particularly crucial.However,currently,ethnic normal universities still face many challenges in the cultivation of special education teachers,which directly affects the inclusive education literacy of normal students and the future teaching quality.Therefore,this study aims to explore the cultivation strategies of the inclusive education literacy of normal students in ethnic normal universities,with a view to effectively improving the inclusive education literacy of normal students in ethnic normal universities and providing strong talent support for the development of special education.
