摘  要:无人机方向的研究生培养肩负着国家对高层次人才的需求与科技自主创新的重要使命。目前,部分非航空航天类高校的无人机研究生教育落后于国内外知名的航空航天类院校。本文针对非航空航天类院校现有无人机方向研究生培养过程中存在的问题,提出了一套教育教学改革方案:加强专业基础教育与优化课程体系,实现教学内容的跨学科融合;紧跟前沿技术,进行知识融合,解决科学问题,提升研究生的创新能力;设立赛教-产教的教学模式,构建无人机实验基地,提升研究生的实践能力;建立高校-企业的信息反馈机制,实现无人机方向研究生的培养以满足企业与社会的需求。高校要不断深化教育教学改革,增强非航空航天类院校的理论教学水平与实践教学水平,提高研究生的创新能力。The cultivation of graduate students in the field of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles(UAVs)can provide the country with highly skilled professionals and foster independent innovation in science and technology.However,the graduate-level education in UAVs offered by non-aviation universities often trails behind that of renowned aerospace universities.This article introduces a comprehensive set of educational reform proposals aimed at addressing the shortcomings in non-aerospace universities.These suggestions include strengthening basic professional education,optimizing the curriculum to incorporate the latest technologies and methodologies,and integrating knowledge from different disciplines to enhance the innovation capabilities of graduate students.Additionally,drone laboratories are established to enhance the practical skills of graduate students.Furthermore,the cooperation between universities and enterprises is strengthened to ensure that the cultivation of graduate students in the drone field satisfies the demands of enterprises.The aforementioned methods can enhance both theoretical and practical teaching in non-aviation universities of deepen educational and teaching reforms,which can improve the innovative capabilities of graduate students.
