摘  要:高职院校生源结构的多元化对教学模式、教学内容和教学评价等有了新要求,深刻影响到课程的教学质量。据此,笔者提出了一系列针对性的策略,如教师素质和教学实施能力提高,以学生为中心的教学设计,实施个性化教学,构建多元化的评价体系等。期望能够在生源结构多元化背景下,有效提升高职经济数学课程的教学质量,为培养具有扎实数学基础和良好应用能力的高素质技术技能人才提供有力保障。The diversity of student source in higher vocational colleges makes new requirements for teaching mode,content and evaluation,which has a profound impact on the teaching quality of courses.The paper puts forward a series of targeted strategies,such as the improvement of teachers'quality and teaching implementation ability,student-centered teaching design,the implementation of personalized teaching,and the construction of diversified evaluation system.It aims to effectively improve the teaching quality of economic mathematics courses in higher vocational colleges in the context of diversified student source,and provide a strong guarantee for training high-quality technical talents with solid mathematical foundation and good application ability.
