跨文化视角下中医药术语英译标准化探究

摘　　要：中医药是中华文明的瑰宝,其所蕴含的民族文化理念和疗效越来越受到世界各国人民的认可。推动中医药走向世界,是构建人类卫生健康共同体的要求,更是宣扬中华文化的亮丽名片。中医药术语蕴含了中医诊断、治疗、药物等各个方面,有效进行中医药术语的英译是推进中医药走向世界的关键。鉴于此,该文从跨文化视角出发,探讨中医药术语英译的现状和挑战及其标准化的必要性和策略,通过分析翻译原则、翻译标准、翻译方法及技术应用,提出了系统的中医药术语英译标准化路径,以期为我国中医药术语英译标准化研究提供参考。研究表明,明确的翻译原则、规范的翻译标准、优化的翻译方法、有效的技术支持,将有助于提升中医药术语翻译质量,助力中医药文化的全球传播。As a treasure of Chinese civilization,the national cultural concept and curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)are more and more recognized by people all over the world.Promoting TCM to the world is the requirement of building a community of health and well-being among mankind,and it is also a bright calling card to promote Chinese culture.TCM terminologies contain TCM diagnosis,treatment,medicine and other aspects.How to effectively translate TCM terminologies into English is the key to promote TCM to the world.In view of this,this paper discusses the current situation and challenges of English translation of TCM terminologies and the necessity and strategy of standardization from a cross-culture perspective.By analyzing the translation principles,translation standards,translation methods and technical applications,this paper puts forward a set of systematic standardization paths for the English translation of TCM terminologies,with a view to providing reference for the research on the standardization of TCM terminologies in China.The study shows that clear translation principles,standardized translation standards,optimized translation methods and effective technical support will help improve the quality of TCM terminologies translation and contribute to the global spread of TCM culture.
