工匠精神融入中职美容专业教育的策略探究

摘  要:工匠精神作为传统文化的精髓和现代职业教育的核心价值之一,对于培养具有专业技能和良好职业素养的高技能人才具有重要意义。该文通过对工匠精神的定义与内涵进行解析,明确了其与传统文化的紧密联系。另外,随着时代的发展,人们越来越在意自身形象,美容专业恰好满足了人们的需求,因此美容专业具有广阔的就业前景。该文从教学模式、教学科技、传统美学、校园文化4个方面提出了将工匠精神融入美容技术课程中的策略。研究发现这样能够提升学生的美容专业技能水平,培养其精益求精的职业态度,从而实现中职教育与产业需求的有效对接。As the essence of traditional culture and one of the core values of modern vocational education,the craftsman spirit is of great significance for the training of highly skilled talents with professional skills and good professional qualities.By analyzing the definition and connotation of the craftsman spirit,the paper makes clear its close connection with the traditional culture.In addition,with the development of the times,people are increasingly concerned about their own image,and the beauty profession precisely meets their needs,so the beauty profession has broad employment prospects.On this basis,the paper puts forward the strategy of integrating the craftsman spirit into the beauty technology course from four aspects:teaching mode,teaching technology,school-enterprise cooperation and campus culture.The study found that this can improve students'beauty professional skills,cultivate their professional attitude of excellence,so as to realize the effective connection between secondary vocational education and industrial needs.
