摘  要:以2021年及以前贵州省小学教师发表的教科研论文为数据基础,综合发文作者所属地区、学科分布、发表期刊等多个维度,考察贵州省小学教师教科研水平的现状、问题及对策。结果显示:贵州省小学教师的论文发表总量呈逐年增长趋势,但小学教师教科研水平呈现出不均衡性,整体发文数量相对较少,教科研水平亟须加强与提升。从发文作者所属地区来看,遵义市小学教师发表论文数量最多,贵阳市小学的校均发文量最高;从学科角度看,发文学科主要集中在语文和数学两个学科,英语等其他学科的发文相对较少;从发文期刊角度看,贵州省小学教师的论文主要发表在《贵州教育》等少数期刊上。贵州省小学教师的科研意识和科研信心有待提高,教科研环境亦须改善。为此,笔者建议:完善教育科研制度,营造小学教科研氛围;充分发挥高校、教研机构的引领作用;转变传统的培训模式,注重对教师科研能力的培育;增强教育科研对小学教师教学的效能感,帮助小学教师认识到教科研对提升教学质量的积极作用,从而激发他们参与教科研的内在动力。Based on the data of research papers published by primary school teachers in Guizhou Province up to 2021,this study comprehensively examines the status quo,problems,and strategies regarding the educational research ability of primary school teachers in Guizhou Province from multiple dimensions such as the authors'regions,subject distribution,and publication journals.The results indicate that the total number of research papers published by primary school teachers in Guizhou Province has been increasing year by year.However,there is an imbalance in the educational research ability of primary school teachers,with an overall relatively low number of research papers,highlighting the urgent need to strengthen and enhance the educational research ability.Analysis based on the authors'regions reveals that teachers in Zunyi City have published the highest number of papers,with the highest average number of papers per school in Guiyang City.From a subject perspective,research papers are mainly concentrated in Chinese and Mathematics,while subjects like English have relatively fewer publications.In terms of publication journals,research papers by primary school teachers in Guizhou Province are mainly published in a few journals such as Guizhou Education.There is a need to enhance the research awareness and confidence of primary school teachers and improve their research environment.Therefore,the authors suggest:improving the educational research system to create an educational research atmosphere in primary schools;leveraging the leading role of universities and research institutions;transforming traditional training models to focus on cultivating teachers'research capabilities;enhancing the effectiveness of educational research on teaching for primary school teachers,helping them recognize the positive impact of educational research on improving teaching quality,thus stimulating their intrinsic motivation to engage in teaching and research.
