基于职业技能大赛标准 提高高职课堂教学质量

摘  要:职业技能大赛旨在通过竞技的方式,推动职业教育的改革与创新,提升教师的教学能力和水平,以培养更多适应社会发展需要的高素质技能型人才。职业技能大赛对高职院校课堂教学的积极影响体现在能力提升的新高度、思政育人的新思路、全面考察的新赛点、参赛要求的新内涵、课堂教学的新生态等方面。基于职业技能大赛标准的教学实践中,高职院校要突出立德树人意识,确保教材与职业特色贴合,并持续提高实操质量,完善考评办法,以高质量的课堂教学培养高素质的人才。The vocational skills competition aims to promote the reform and innovation of vocational education through competition,enhance the teaching ability and level of teachers,and cultivate more high-quality skilled talents that meet the needs of social development.The positive impact of vocational skills competitions on classroom teaching in vocational colleges is reflected in the new heights of ability enhancement,new ideas for ideological and political education,new competition points for comprehensive assessment,new connotations of competition requirements,and new ecology of classroom teaching.In teaching practice based on the standards of vocational skills competitions,vocational colleges should highlight the awareness of cultivating morality and talents,ensure that textbooks are in line with professional characteristics,continuously improve the quality of practical operations,improve evaluation methods,and cultivate high-quality talents through high-quality classroom teaching.
