摘  要:教育家精神代表了中国教育界的智慧与良知,是激励教育工作者不断前行的精神灯塔。为了有效融入教育家精神,在课程整合方面,高职院校要开设教育家精神专题课程,或融入专业课程,并开发具有地域特色的校本课程;在实践教学方面,高职院校要开展教育志愿服务活动、建立校外实践基地及实施项目驱动教学;在校园文化方面,高职院校要举办主题活动、加强人文环境建设及鼓励学生参与校园文化活动。The spirit of educators represents the wisdom and conscience of the Chinese education community,and is a spiritual beacon that inspires educators to keep moving forward.In order to effectively integrate the spirit of educators,vocational colleges should offer specialized courses on the spirit of educators or integrate them into professional courses,and develop school-based courses with regional characteristics in terms of curriculum integration;in terms of practical teaching,vocational colleges should carry out educational volunteer service activities,establish off campus practice bases,and implement project-based teaching;in terms of campus culture,vocational colleges should organize themed activities,strengthen the construction of humanistic environment,and encourage students to participate in campus cultural activities.
