摘　　要：提高班级管理工作的有效性,是实现学生核心素养培养目标、全面深化教育教学改革、提高教育质量的有效途径。核心素养视域下班主任管理工作的开展,要从了解学生基本情况、落实因材施教,建立家校沟通机制、培养学生自我管理意识,强化班级管理能力、科学制定管理目标等方面入手,以契合核心素养培养要求,实现从“管人”到“育人”的转变,为学生成长成才奠定基础。Improving the effectiveness of class management is an effective way to achieve the goal of cultivating students'core competencies,comprehensively deepen educational and teaching reforms,and improve the quality of education.From the perspective of core literacy,the implementation of after-school director management work should start from understanding the basic situation of students,implementing individualized teaching,establishing a communication mechanism between home and school,cultivating students'self-management awareness,strengthening class management ability,and scientifically formulating management goals,in order to meet the requirements of core literacy training,achieve the transformation from"managing people"to"educating people",and lay the foundation for students'growth and development.
