摘　　要：积极心理学作为一种新兴的心理学分支,为促进个人幸福和社会发展提供了新的视角。与传统的心理健康教育相比,基于积极心理学的心理健康教育更侧重于培养个体的积极心理品质,而非仅仅关注心理疾病的预防和治疗。这种积极取向的心理学理论和方法,在促进个体心理健康方面展现出巨大潜力。研究旨在基于积极心理学理论,探索适用于高职院校的心理健康教育实践路径,以期为高职院校的心理健康教育工作提供科学的指导和支持,促进其持续改进。Positive psychology,as an emerging branch of psychology,has provided a new perspective for promoting individual happiness and social development.Compared with traditional mental health education,psychological tealth education based on positive psychology focuses more on cultivating individuals' positive psychological qualities,rather than just focusing on the prevention and treatment of mental illnesses.This positive oriented psychological theory and method have shown great potential in promoting individual mental health.The research aims to explore the practical path of mental health education applicable to vocational colleges based on positive psychology theory,in order to provide scientific guidance and support for the mental health education work in vocational colleges and promote its continuous improvement.
