摘  要:文章以福建省莆田中山中学的教育教学管理为例,对初中教师积极力量的炼就展开研究,提出从提高教师的思考力、学习力、创新力、凝聚力这四方面入手,多层次、多角度激发教师的积极性和潜能,帮助教师炼就积极力量,提高教师的教学效率和教学效益,进而提升学校教育教学管理质量,为促进学生的可持续发展、培养高质量人才打下基础,以期为其他学校提供可借鉴的教师发展策略,共同推动基础教育质量的提升。Taking the education and teaching management of Zhongshan Middle School in Putian,Fujian Province as an example,this article conducts research on the cultivation of positive power among middle school teachers.It proposes to start from four aspects:improving teachers' thinking ability,learning ability,innovation ability,and cohesion,and to stimulate their enthusiasm and potential from multiple levels and perspectives,help teachers cultivate positive power,improve their teaching efficiency and effectiveness,and thus enhance the quality of school education and teaching management.This lays a foundation for promoting students' sustainable development and cultivating high-quality talents,in order to provide reference strategies for teacher development for other schools and jointly promote the improvement of basic education quality.
