高职院校专业教师核心能力培养的研究——基于现场工程师的视角

摘　　要：实践操作能力、工程应用能力、职业教育能力、产教融合能力和技术创新能力是高职院校专业教师的五大核心能力。基于此,本文提出了包括校企协同育人、实践能力提升、职业教育培训、应用研究引领和多元评价激励在内的培养策略。实践表明,该策略能有效提升高职院校专业教师的核心能力,进而提高现场工程师的培养质量。Practical operation competence,engineering application competence,vocational education competence,industry-education integration competence and technological innovation competence are the five core competences of professional teachers in higher vocational colleges.Based on this,this paper puts forward cultivation strategies including school-enterprise collaborative education,practical competence improvement,vocational education training,applied research guidance and multiple evaluation and incentive.The practice shows that this model can effectively improve the core competence of professional teachers in higher vocational colleges and improve the training quality of field engineers.
