摘 要:目的:探讨基于教师标准化病人(teacher standardized patient,TSP)的教学方法在提升口腔外科实习生医患沟通能力的应用效果。方法:选取2023~2024年武汉大学口腔医院口腔颌面-头颈肿瘤外科实习生共89名开展基于TSP教学,并在TSP教学前后均使用中文版的医患沟通技能评价量表(set elicit give understand end framework,SEGUE)评估其医患沟通能力。结果:89名实习生的总SEGUE量表得分在TSP教学后显著提高。TSP教学后对SEGUE量表的25个评价项目分析,实习生有12个项目提升明显。结论:基于TSP的教学方法可以有效调动学生的积极性,促进思维启发,切实提高医学生的医患沟通能力,适用于口腔肿瘤外科的教学,具有较好的实用性。Objective:To investigate the application effect of the teacher standardized patient(TSP)teaching method in enhancing the doctor-patient communication skills of dental surgery interns.Methods:From 2023 to 2024,a total of 89 interns from the Department of Oral Maxillofacial-Head Neck Oncology at Wuhan University Hospital of Stomatology were selected to undergo TSP-based teaching.Their doctor-patient communication skills were assessed using the set elicit give understand end framework(SEGUE)scale before and after the TSP teaching.Results:The total SEGUE scale score of the 89 interns increased after the teaching.Analysis of the 25 evaluation items on the SEGUE scale after TSP teaching showed significant improvements in 12 items for the interns.Conclusion:The TSP-based teaching method can effectively motivate students,stimulate their thinking,and practically enhance medical students'doctor-patient communication skills.It is suitable for medical education in the dental profession and has good practicality.
