摘  要:该研究基于N市中小学生心理健康普查项目,在25397名初中生中考察学业压力与手机依赖的关系及作用机制。结果发现:(1)学业压力正向预测手机依赖。(2)学业倦怠的三个维度(即身心耗竭、学业疏离和低成就感)在学业压力和手机依赖间均发挥部分中介作用。(3)学业压力对学业倦怠三维度以及身心耗竭对手机依赖的作用均受到了心理韧性的调节。具体而言,心理韧性会减弱学业压力对学业疏离及身心耗竭对手机依赖的不利作用,但同时会增强学业压力对身心耗竭和低成就感的消极效应。研究提示家长和教育工作者应重点关注长期处于高压学习环境下的青少年,结合学业倦怠和心理韧性的作用,更具针对性地预防和干预青少年手机依赖。This study investigated the relationship between academic stress and mobile phone addiction,especially focusing on the mediating effect of school burnout and the moderating effect of resilience among a sample of 25397 middle school students.Results showed that:Academic stress was positively related with mobile phone addiction;All the dimensions of school burnout(i.e.,exhaustion,cynicism and inadequacy)were identified as partial mediators in the relationship between academic stress and mobile phone addiction;Resilience played a moderating role in the former and latter paths of the mediating function of school burnout.Specifically,resilience could buffer the adverse effect of academic stress on cynicism as well as that of exhaustion on mobile phone addiction.However,resilience was also found to exacerbate the negative effect of academic stress on exhaustion and inadequacy.These findings hold both theoretical and practical significance for addressing mobile phone addiction among Chinese adolescents.
