摘 要:人口老龄化加速与数字技术迭代的双重语境下,老年教育数字化转型面临文化传承与技术赋能的深层张力。本研究以社区老年舞蹈教育为切入点,构建“文化-技术”适配理论模型,通过历时12个月的混合方法研究,揭示人机协同模式重构老年教育生态的内在机制。研究发现:智能技术的文化适应性改造能够激活老年群体的数字主体性,其通过虚实融合场景中的文化反哺实践,实现从“技术接受者”向“文化共建者”的身份转变;教师角色的数字化转型催生“数字策展人”新职能,在技术系统与人文价值的动态平衡中重塑教育温度;社区老年教育空间经由“实体-虚拟-云端”三重维度的整合,形成跨代际文化传播的新型节点。研究提出“技术驯化-主体建构-生态进化”的实践路径,为破解老年教育数字化转型中的文化失语困境提供理论框架,也为推动积极老龄化战略下的代际数字包容贡献实践范式。Under the dual context of accelerating population aging and digital technology iteration,the digital transformation of elderly education faces deep tensions between cultural inheritance and technology empowerment.This study takes community dance education as an entry point,builds a"culture-technology"adaptive theoretical model,and reveals the internal mechanism of how human-computer collaborative models reconstruct the elderly education ecology through a 12-month mixed research method.It is found that(1)the cultural adaptation of intelligent technology can activate the digital subjectivity of the elderly group,enabling a transition from"technology recipients"to"cultural co-builder"through cultural reciprocal practices in integrated virtual-real scenarios,(2)the digital transformation of the role of teachers gives birth to a new"digital curator"function,reshaping educational empathy through dynamic balancing of technological systems and humanistic values,and(3)community education space forms a new node of inter-generational cultural communication through the integration of three dimensions of"entity—virtual—cloud".This paper proposes a practical path of"technology domestication—subject construction—ecological evolution",which provides a theoretical framework for solving the cultural aphasia dilemma in the digital transformation of education for the elderly and also contributes a practical paradigm for promoting inter-generational digital inclusion under the strategy of active aging.
