中学名校长职业成长影响因素研究

摘  要:校长作为学校治理的核心主体,其职业成长对基础教育高质量发展具有关键作用。基于扎根理论,系统分析中学名校长的职业实践,提炼其成长的核心影响因素。研究发现,名校长的职业成长可归纳为四大关键要素:先进教育思想与独特办学理念的构建、开放包容与提掖后进的团队引领、严格自律与终身学习的实践品格、持续反思与动态调整的革新能力。该模型不仅契合新时代深化基础教育改革的战略需求,亦为教育家型校长的培养路径提供了理论参照与实践启示。The principal,as the core subject of school governance,plays a crucial role in the high-quality development of basic education through their career growth.Based on the grounded theory,the professional practices of renowned middle school principals was analyzed systematically and the core influencing factors of their growth was extracted in this paper.The research findings show that the career growth of renowned principals can be summarized into four key elements:the establishment of advanced educational ideas and unique school-running concepts,the team leadership featuring openness,inclusiveness,and the support for junior colleagues,the practical qualities of strict self-discipline and lifelong learning,and the innovation ability of continuous reflection and dynamic adjustment.This model not only meets the strategic needs of deepening the reform of basic education in the new era but also provides theoretical references and practical insights for the cultivation path of educator-type principals.
