摘  要:教育家精神在新时代背景下为特殊教育教师队伍建设提供了精神动能和行动指南。特教教师在科学认知教育家精神的基础上,通过情感的深化和意志力的强化,将其转化为日常行为习惯与行动方式。教育家精神在引领特教教师队伍建设中具有独特的价值意蕴,是驱动专业认同、涵养道德情操、强化职业坚守和提升专业能力的关键力量。为响应建设高质量特教教师队伍的时代号召,应从知、情、意、行四个维度入手,探索落实教育家精神引领作用的实践路径。The unique educator spirit of China provides spiritual motivation and a practical guide for the construction of the special education teacher team in the new era.The influence of this spirit on the construction of the special education teacher team occurs through its internalization and externalization.It begins with a scientific understanding of the educator spirit,which is then deepened emotionally and reinforced by willpower,ultimately translating into habitual behaviors and practical actions.Moreover,the educator spirit plays a unique role in leading the construction of the special education teacher team by fostering professional identity,cultivating moral character,strengthening commitment to the profession,and enhancing professional competencies.In response to the call for constructing a high-quality special education teacher team,the realization pathways for the leading role of the educator spirit are proposed from the four dimensions of cognition,emotion,will,and action.This approach includes building scientific understanding,fostering deep emotional attachment,tempering resolute willpower,and shaping sustainable behaviors.
