摘　　要：听障儿童虽经人工耳蜗植入矫正,但在语言发展上面临诸多挑战,音乐感知对其语言发展起关键作用。本研究系统回顾了2014年至2024年间国内外高水平文献,通过关键词筛选出与主题最相关的19篇文献,深入分析人工耳蜗植入后听障儿童的语言发展与音乐感知之间的科学联系,探讨音乐通过跨模态神经可塑性机制促进语言发展的基本规律。此外,本研究进一步提出了个性化的音乐康复训练建议,强调音乐在听障儿童长期语言康复干预中的潜在教育价值。Despite correction through cochlear implants,children with hearing impairments face numerous challenges in language development,where music perception plays a critical role.Through a systematic literature review covering high-quality international studies from 2014 to 2024,this study identifies and analyzes 19 articles most relevant to the theme,examining the scientific basis for integrating language development and music perception in children with cochlear implants.The study explores how music fosters language development via cross-modal neural plasticity mechanisms and proposes personalized music-based rehabilitation strategies,emphasizing the potential educational value of music in long-term language rehabilitation for special populations with hearing impairments.
