摘  要:目的 评价和分析在医学教学改革实践中实施案例教学法的效果。方法 选取2024年2-7月河北大学临床医学专业2022级和2023级学生共86名。根据不同的年级分为对照组和观察组,各43名,对照组采用传统教学模式,观察组采用案例教学法,比较2组学生专业基础理论知识成绩、病例分析成绩及2组学生对教学模式的教学评价、教学满意度。结果 观察组专业基础理论知识和病例分析得分分别为(89.36±5.09)分、(87.56±5.14)分,对照组分别为(85.68±5.12)分、(82.59±5.08)分,观察组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组学生对教学模式的各项评价均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。对照组与观察组教学总满意度分别为81.40%、97.67%,观察组教学总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 在医学教学改革实践中实施课程案例教学法有助于提升教学水平,可使学生成绩获得提高,同时还能够提高学生对教师的教学评价以及教学满意度。Objective To evaluate and analyze the effect of case-based learning method in medical teaching reform practice.Methods A total of 86 students from the class of 2022 and the class of 2023 majoring in clinical medicine at Hebei University from February to July 2024 were selected.According to different grades,they were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 43 students in each group.The control group adopted the traditional teaching mode,while the observation group adopted the case-based learning method.The scores of professional basic theoretical knowledge and case analysis of the students in the two groups were compared,as well as the teaching evaluations and teaching satisfaction of the two groups of students towards the teaching modes.Results The scores of professional basic theoretical knowledge and case analysis of the observation group were(89.36±5.09)points and(87.56±5.14)points respectively,while those of the control group were(85.68±5.12)points and(82.59±5.08)points respectively.The scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).The students in the observation group gave higher evaluations on all aspects of the teaching mode than those in the control group,and the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).The overall teaching satisfaction rates of the control group and the observation group were 81.40%and 97.67%respectively.The overall teaching satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of the case-based learning method is helpful to improve the teaching level,improve students'achievement,and improve students'teaching evaluation and teaching satisfaction.It is worth applying.
