摘 要:目的探讨形成性评价联合终结性评价在临床技能学课程教学中的应用。方法选取2021年9—12月锦州医科大学临床医学专业的121名本科生为研究对象,按照不同的教学方法分为观察组(n=61)和对照组(n=60)。观察组采用形成性评价联合终结性评价的教学方法,对照组使用终结性评价。比较上述2组本科生的期末成绩及临床医学专业(本科)水平测试(基本技能考试)成绩;课程结束后,对2组学生进行问卷调查评估学生的学习情况。结果观察组学生的期末成绩为(84.00±4.69)分,临床医学专业(本科)水平测试(基本技能考试)成绩为(190.13±21.00)分,均高于对照组的成绩[(79.18±8.21)分,(166.53±30.68)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。调查问卷结果显示,观察组学生对形成性评价的正反馈高于对照组(67.21%vs.18.33%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在本科生临床技能学课程教学过程中,形成性评价联合终结性评价的教学方法优于终结性评价,可以提高学生的学习效果及专业知识的运用能力。学生也更倾向于采用选择形成性评价联合终结性评价的教学方法。Objective To explore the application of formed evaluation and combined final evaluation in the teaching of clinical skills courses.Methods A total of 121 undergraduates majoring in clinical medicine of Jinzhou Medical University from September to December 2021 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into observation group(n=61)and control group(n=60)according to different teaching methods.The observation group adopted the teaching method of formative evaluation and final evaluation,and the control group used final evaluation.Compared the final results of the above two groups of students and the results of the clinical medicine major(undergraduate)proficiency test(basic skills test).After the end of the course,a questionnaire survey was conducted on the two groups of students to evaluate their learning.Results In the teaching process of undergraduate clinical skills,the final score of the observation group students was(84.00±4.69)points,and the clinical medicine(undergraduate)level test(basic skills test)was(190.13±21.00)points,which were better than those of the control group[(79.18±8.21)points,(166.53±30.68)points],the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The questionnaire results showed that the positive feedback of the students in the observation group on the formative evaluation(67.21%)was higher than that in the control group(18.33%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the teaching process of undergraduate clinical skills courses,the teaching method of formative evaluation and final evaluation is better than final evaluation,which can improve students’learning effect and ability to apply professional knowledge.Students also prefer to adopt the teaching method of selective formative evaluation and final evaluation.
