摘　　要：探讨了基于在线资源等信息化手段开展混合式教学模式的实践进程,并以“食品研究与数据分析”课程为实例进行研究,选取了3个班级共169名同学进行信息化混合式教学,探索开展信息化混合式教学模式的实践方法和路径,以达到提高教学效果、学生学习效率,激发学生的学习兴趣和主动性,培养学生的抽象思维、数据统计能力,提高学生就业竞争力和社会适应能力,促进学生综合的能力提升的教学目的,为信息化混合式教学模式设计和实施提供了有效方法和策略参考。This paper aims to explore the practice of carrying out the blended teaching mode based on online resources and other information means,and takes the course"Food Research and Data Analysis"as an example to conduct research.A total of 169 students in 3 classes are selected to carry out the blended teaching mode and explore the practical methods and paths of carrying out the blended teaching mode,so as to improve the teaching effect and students'learning efficiency.It aims to stimulate students'learning interest and initiative and cultivate students'abstract thinking and data statistics ability.Meanwhile,this paper aims to improve students'employment competitiveness and social adaptability,promote students'comprehensive ability,and provide effective methods and strategy reference for the design and implementation of information-based blended teaching mode.
