摘  要:目的探讨基于CDIO模式的培训方法对放疗科护士创新能力培养的效果。方法组建创新培训团队,采用基于CDIO模式的培训方法,通过构思、设计、实现、运作4个步骤,对放疗科30名护士进行培训。比较培训前后护士评判性思维能力和创新能力的变化,并调查护士的满意度。结果培训后护士评判性思维能力、创新能力均显著优于培训前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护士对培训方法满意度较高。结论基于CDIO模式的培训方法效果显著,能提高放疗科护士的评判性思维能力、创新能力及培训满意度,能为其他专科护士创新能力培养提供参考。Objective To explore the effect of training method based on CDIO model on the cultivation of nurses′innovative ability in radiotherapy department.Methods An innovative training team was set up,and the training method based on CDIO model was used to conduct training for 30 nurses in the radiotherapy department through four steps of conception,design,implementation and operation.The changes of nurses′critical thinking ability and innovative ability before and after training were compared,and nurses′satisfaction was investigated.Results The nurses′critical thinking ability and innovative ability after training were significantly better than those before training,the difference was being(P<0.05).Nurses were satisfied with the training method.Conclusion The tr-aining method based on CDIO model has a significant effect,which can improve the critical thinking ability,nurses′innovation ability and training satisfaction in the radiotherapy department,and can provide reference for the cultivation of other specialized nurses′innovation ability.
