摘 要:目的探讨基于BOPPPS的线上线下混合式教学模式在实习护生临床教学中的应用效果。方法选取2022年7月至2024年3月在咽喉头颈外科实习的护生108名,分为观察组和对照组,观察组采用基于BOPPPS的混合式教学模式,对照组采用传统教学模式。教学后比较两组理论和操作考核成绩、自主学习能力、批判性思维能力及临床学习环境评分。结果观察组理论和操作考核成绩、自主学习能力、批判性思维能力及临床学习环境评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于BOPPPS的混合式教学可提高护生对理论和操作技能的掌握程度,提升自主学习能力、批判性思维能力和对临床学习环境的满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of the mixed online and offline teaching mode based on BOPPPS in clinical teaching of nursing interns.Methods 108 nursing students who interned in the Department of Head and Neck Surgery from July 2022 to March 2024 were selected and divided into an observation group and a control group.The observation group received a mixed learning model based on BOPPPS,while the control group received a traditional teaching model.Compare the theoretical and operational assessment scores,self-learning ability,critical thinking ability,and clinical learning environment scores between two groups after teaching.Results The theoretical and operational assessment scores,self-learning ability,critical thinking ability,and clinical learning environment scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Mix-ed teaching based on BOPPPS can improve nursing students′mastery of theoretical and operational skills,enhance their self-learning ability,critical thinking ability,and satisfaction with the clinical learning environment.
