高职院校护理专业教师课程思政实施现况调查及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解高职院校护理专业教师课程思政实施情况。方法采用便利抽样法选取全国28个省市98名高职院校护理专业教师为研究对象进行调查。结果高职院校护理专业教师课程思政实施情况良好,且职称较高的教师在活跃课堂氛围方面的表现更佳;课程思政建设对教学质量有着直接影响,并且教研活动和评价体系在课程思政实施中发挥着重要作用,但目前评价体系不完善,应加强师资队伍建设,完善评价体系。结论高职院校护理专业课程思政实施现况较好,课程思政实施过程与方法有待完善。Objective To learn the implementation of nursing teachers′Ideological&Political Education in higher vocational colleges.Methods Convenience sampling was used to select 98 nursing teachers from higher vocational colleges in 28 provinces and cities in China as the research subjects for investigation.Results The implementation of Ideological&Political Education among nursing teachers′in higher vocational college is good,and teachers with higher professional titles perform better in creating an active classroom atmosphere.The construction of Ideological&Political Education has a direct impact on teaching quality,and teaching research activities and evaluation systems play an important role in the implementation of Ideological&Political Education.However,the current evaluation system is not perfect,and efforts should be made to strengthen the construction of the teachers and improve the evaluation system.Conclusion The status of implementing Ideological&Political Education in higher vocational colleges is good,and the process and methods of implementing Ideological&Political Education in courses need to be improved.
