摘 要:进入数智时代,教师传统的劳动形态因数字技术融入,将生成新型的“数字劳动”。马克思劳动要素视域下的教师数字劳动,是由教师运用数字化手段而产生的育人劳动,是基于数字技术、网络平台形成的创造性劳动,是通过处理数据作用于人的非物质劳动。当下,教师数字劳动特征愈发显著,教师数字劳动身份呈现交互性,教师劳动资料趋向数字化,教师劳动对象教育智能化。为此,明晰教育数字化转型下教师数字劳动的发展路向,夯实教师数字劳动的基础条件,激发教师数字劳动的目的意识,优化教师数字劳动的育人质量。In the age of digital intelligence,traditional forms of teachers'labor are being reshaped by the integration of digital technologies,giving rise to a new type of“digital labor.”From the perspective of Marx's labor theory,teachers'digital labor refers to creative labor generated through the use of digital tools and immaterial labor involved in processing and handling digital data on online platforms.At present,the characteristics of teachers'digital labor are becoming increasingly prominent.Their digital labor identity exhibits interactivity,teaching resources are becoming more digitized,and their labor targets are shifting toward intelligent education.Therefore,it is essential to clarify the development direction of teachers'digital labor amid the digital transformation of education,strengthen the foundational conditions for digital labor,enhance teachers'awareness of its purpose,and optimize the quality of education through digital labor.
