摘　　要：将地方特色资源有效运用于职业院校的思政育人工作,是新时代背景下职业教育思政育人的创新举措,是提高职业院校师生文化自信的有效路径,也是民族自信心和自豪感的重要体现。该文以上海工业文化为例,通过梳理挖掘上海工业文化资源中的思政教育元素,包含工业遗迹、工人运动史、一江一河、上海工匠等蕴含的爱国主义教育、红色革命文化教育元素,并进行有效的提炼,尝试打造以工业文化为特色的地方资源赋能思政育人的模式,以此推进职业院校思政育人的广度和深度,进一步完善思想政治工作体系,更好实现地方特色资源对于思想教育的赋能作用。Effectively utilizing local characteristic resources in the ideological and political education of vocational colleges is an innovative measure for ideological and political education in vocational education under the background of the new era.It is an effective path to enhance the cultural confidence of vocational college teachers and students,and an important manifestation of national confidence and pride.This article takes Shanghai's industrial culture as an example,and through sorting and excavating the ideological and political education elements in Shanghai's industrial cultural resources,including patriotic education and red revolutionary cultural education elements contained in industrial relics,workers'movement history,one river,one river,Shanghai craftsmen,etc.,and effectively refining them,attempts to create a local resource empowerment model for ideological and political education with industrial culture as its characteristic,in order to promote the breadth and depth of ideological and political education in vocational colleges,further improve the ideological and political work system,and better realize the empowering role of local characteristic resources in ideological education.
