中职教师数字教学能力的培养策略探索

摘  要:教育数字化要求中职教师具备基本的信息技术素养,能够熟练运用各种数字化工具,为学生带来更加丰富的学习体验。本文分析了数字教育对教师提出的要求、教师数字化能力现状、教师提升数字能力的意义,并提出中职教师数字教学能力的培养策略,以期为中职教师提供一些借鉴。The digitalization of education requires secondary school teachers to have basic competence on information technology and be able to skillfully use a variety of digital tools to bring students a richer learning experience.This paper analyzes the requirements of digital education for teachers,the current situation of teachers'digital competence,the significance of teachers'improvement of digital competence,and puts forward the training strategy of digital teaching competence of secondary school teachers in order to provide some reference for secondary school teachers.
